The Field Project Associate is part of the Customer and Patient Solutions Team and liaises with key internal and external stakeholders to identify selected strategic projects and commercial partnerships supporting our business performance and customer engagement and experience journey across the priority brands and portfolio, implementing and measure success of those projects.

About the Role

Project identification :

  • Identify and execute strategic projects to accelerate performance and impact customer engagement and experience excellence in close exchange with the field teams and the business functions
  • Communicating on selected commercial projects to provide updates on project milestones and deliverables
  • Collaborates with a high number of crossfunctional internal stakeholders (brand teams, Legal, Compliance) to formulate the business opportunity & project proposal, desired outcomes, potential value and gain cross functional alignment
  • Preparing budgets and proposals for projects based on business needs
  • Conducting feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed projects

Implementation and business support :

  • Works closely on prioritizing and then implementing scalable project objectives that will support customer engagement and business performance acceleration
  • Co-creates with key stakeholders to build partnerships & collaborations
  • Project Management with focus on solution activation including x-functional alignment with all support functions
  • Scope out the project and create a project plan with milestones, deliverables and resources management
  • Proactively monitor tasks, status, next steps and reduce any project risks

Governance :

  • Acts and supports to shape a framework that enables an agile work environment
  • Establishes success criteria, manages finances and identifies key metrics for successful implementation of each project
  • Takes initiative to drive standardization of governance
  • Fosters targeted project management and simplification, ensuring high quality of compliance & integrity

Required skills :

  • Project Management: Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving to address challenges and obstacles that arise during project implementation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial partners.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in project documentation and reporting.
  • Customer focus mindset

Preferred education past experiences :

  • At least bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Life Sciences, or Healthcare.
  • Pharmaceutical industry Experience preferred: minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field, with a focus on project management or customer solutions
  • Experience in roles that involve improving customer engagement and experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and technical departments.
  • Vendor Management: Experience in managing relationships with third-party vendors and partners

Languages :

  • Dutch and/or French + English
